Jessica’s personally designed and trademarked programs incorporate a holistic approach to living a healthy, happy life. Incorporating tools of mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and social well being will lead to a life you desire and deserve.

M.E.P.S. was developed because Jessica realized people needed more than a physical workout. To understand and change person’s lives, all other aspects of well being need to be addressed including our mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual health. This framework can be life altering if you embrace the process. Each session will include an action step to move an individual forward towards their desired life.
Mental: How our thoughts and input control our emotions and actions. What you feed your mind determines your appetite.
Emotional: How we act or react defines our success and failure/lessons in life based on our spiritual and mental wellness.
Physical: How we care for our temple will dictate a purposeful, well lived life. What we fuel our body in terms of nutrition, sleep, input, stress, sunlight, movement has a direct correlation on our overall well being.
Spiritual: How you feed your soul and live a faith filled servant minded life.
Social: Our “Who” or Circle has a correlation on attitude, efforts, output and success in life.

Out of loss, trauma and trials, Jessica designed The 5 G Framework to guide others to embrace the joys of life. Through our 5 intrinsic gifts of Gratitude, Generosity, Growth , Grit and Grace we can change our mindset and live a purposeful life. We just have to choose to open and use these gifts daily.
Gratitude: Starting and ending each day by acknowledging the little blessings in life.
Generosity: Incorporating simple acts of kindness can change not only someone else’s life, but ours as well.
Growth: Seeking out opportunities daily to learn, change and move forward.
Grit: Persevering through the storms and fails in life, can make us stronger every day.
Grace: Learning to forgive others and ourselves and practicing the pause.
